Bea Walker is a holistic mindset coach, yoga instructor and meditation teacher who helps women overcome anxiety by learning to regulate their nervous systems, release fear, restore balance, and step into the healthiest, most authentic version of themselves.

Through a blend of holistic tools, mindfulness practices, somatic movement, and inner work, Bea guides her clients to not only manage anxiety, but to truly thrive beyond it.

Her mission is to make holistic healing accessible, relatable, and deeply supportive, so every woman can feel grounded, resilient, and at home within herself.

MY STORY

For as long as I can remember, I struggled with anxiety. I was the “sensitive one,” always worrying, always thinking about the worst possible outcome, always feeling things deeply — but I didn’t have the words or tools to understand what was happening. When I was finally diagnosed with generalized anxiety over 15 years ago, I felt a sense of relief. I could finally name what I had been battling all along.

Through years of dedication to inner work, I discovered the power of holistic tools — breathwork, meditation, yoga, Ayurveda, somatic practices, and the power of natural herbs and supplements — and slowly learned how to regulate my nervous system and reclaim my mind and body. Along the way, I realized I wanted to become the person I once needed. Today, I’m a certified holistic health and mindset coach, sound healer, registered yoga teacher, and Chopra certified meditation teacher. Through consistency, commitment, and dedication to my inner work I now help others find freedom from anxiety and reconnect with themselves.

What began as a commitment to my own inner healing has become the work I now do. I am here to help you move beyond anxiety and reconnect with who you truly are.
