Starting a new journey can trigger anxious feelings because you’re walking into what feels like the unknown, and I’m here to let you know that’s completely normal. As someone who has been there before and used to struggle with debilitating anxiety, I understand how it feels and I’m here to help! I want to help you become the best most healthiest version of yourself so you can release anxiety, feel less stressed, and feel more confident starting or continuing your healing journey.

Grounding Welcome & Check-In – We start with a gentle introduction and somatic practice creating a safe space so you feel comfortable and supported.

Guided Discovery – Together, we’ll identify your unique anxiety triggers, patterns, and habits so you can begin to understand the root of your anxiety.

Calming Practice – Learn specific nervous system regulation techniques that help decrease anxiety such as breathwork, guided meditation, somatic movement, and cranial sacral therapy.

Your Inner Calm Blueprint – Receive a personalized healing action plan that you can start immediately, including lifestyle shifts, nourishing rituals, proven nervous system regulation practices, supplement and nutrition recommendations.

Closing Support – Leave with clarity, confidence, practical tools, and resources you can use right away to take with you as you continue your journey to release anxiety.
