THE ANXIETY RESET

Each session is 60 minutes, giving us plenty of time to explore what you’re experiencing, practice calming techniques, and create a personalized plan for you.

Not at all! My sessions are designed for all levels. Whether you’ve never tried breathwork or meditation before, or you already practice regularly, I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

Sessions are held virtually via Zoom or Google Meet, so you can join from the comfort of your own home (anywhere in the world).

Even one session can give you relief and tools you can start using right away. Many clients choose to continue with multiple sessions to deepen their practice and create lasting transformation.

No — my sessions are not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. My work is designed to complement professional mental health care by offering practical tools for nervous system regulation, mindset shifts, and lifestyle change.

That’s completely okay and very normal. These sessions are designed to support you, and I’ll guide you through calming techniques step by step so you feel safe, grounded, and cared for.

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. You may want a journal, a glass of water, and headphones for the best experience. That’s all you need.

ENERGETIC ALIGNMENT

You may benefit from an energetic alignment session if you’ve been feeling energetically drained, ungrounded, emotionally heavy, unbalanced, or “off” without a clear reason. This session is especially supportive if you’re craving deeper clarity, release, or healing and want to restore balance on an energetic and spiritual level.

Each session begins with a brief check-in to understand your energetic state and intentions. You’ll then be guided through a personalized, intuitive experience using gentle practices designed to identify and release potential energetic blockages, and restore flow from root to crown.

Avoid heavy meals and caffeine a few hours before your session. Comfortable clothing, water, a journal, and any other items that help you feel comfortable are recommended. If possible, give yourself a little quiet time before and after the session to integrate the experience.

The Anxiety Reset Session is focused on nervous system regulation and supporting anxiety through somatic, mind-body practices. The Energetic Alignment Session works primarily on the energetic and spiritual level, helping to clear blockages, restore balance, and realign your energy centers. Both are complementary and can be deeply supportive in different ways.

Not at all. No prior experience or understanding of yoga, meditation, or the chakra system is needed. Everything is guided and explained in a simple, accessible way so you can relax, receive, and fully experience the session.
