Hi, I’m Bea. I help women heal anxiety and reconnect with themselves through holistic, nervous system–focused support that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. My work empowers clients to move beyond coping, regulate their nervous system, trust their inner wisdom, and create lasting inner peace and alignment.

I am not a therapist, and my work is not a quick fix. My offerings are geared towards women who want to do the deep healing inner work in order to create lasting change.
